1. How long are shipping times?

Your products will ship within one to five day of you placing your order, and then take 10 to 20 days to reach your doorstep. 

2. What's your return policy?

Contact us via e-mail and let us know what went wrong. Mail the item back to the address given. You will be given an refund minus 10% handling fee.

3. Can I cancel an order?

Please contact us first. We will be glad to check on the order to be sure it has not been shipped. It it hasn't been shipped we will be glad to allow you to cancel the order.

4. What happens if I receive the wrong item?

If there is an issue with your order -- if it's the wrong size, wrong color, defective, otherwise not exactly what you wanted- simply notify us, and return the item and we will give you a refund.

5. Do you offer exchanges?

If for any reason you din't get the exact product you expected please let us know. Return the product and the correct product will be ordered for you.
